Ozzy released these re-master versions of all of his albums in the mid-90's, then he did the remakes with Trujilo and Borden, and now (yet again) he is re-releasing it???
It's so obvious it's a money-making scheme. They can't just sell the DVD seperately???? Come on, right! I mean, here's the hard-working fans over the years that have spent money on tickets, albums, cassettes, cd's, downloads, and now they have to buy all of the stuff YET AGAIN just in order to get a DVD of additional unseen footage.
If Ozzy and Sharon really cared about their fans, and not just $$$$$ they would sell the DVD seperate.
Come on! An exact replica of the cross Ozzy used on stage??? Who cares??? Who even wants that thing??? Get a clue Sharon and Ozzy!
I'm sorry, but I'm really upset that so many of you fans will be spending $150 on this box set in the midst of a still terrible economy. Sharon and Ozzy do not care ONE BIT about their fans. Believe me. Ozzy pulls this fake "when Sharon had the albums re-recorded with Trujilo and Bordin - I was like, YOU CAN'T Do THAT Sharon!!" Yeah right. Ozzy and her were laughing the whole time!! All they do is lie, and here it goes...a bunch of very loyal and nice fans who are hard-working Americans will have to shell out yet again more $$$$ just to get a DVD.
i agree with you. There's ABSOLUTELY NO REASON they couldn't have also released a version with the 2 mastered CDs and the DVD. None at all.
They won't sell a lot of the box sets, the demand is just not there. This will appeal to only strict diehards, like a few of us that lurk around here.
They'll probably re-package this thing in a year from now with just the CDs + DVD or something like that.
