I just loved how compared to today there was a lot of light hearted shows back in the 70's , more comedy based .. ya know i could get home from a hard days schooling ( lol ) and chill out to "Dukes of Hazzard " or 'Happy Days" and a bunch more , these days it's really crap "reality" tv or current affairs news type shows .. and it's really frikkin depressing .

Agreed 100%!!!! Tuesdays were awesome... Happy Days followed by Laverne & Shirley followed by Threes Company!!! Then I had to go to bed. I was allowed to stay up an extra half hour on Tuesdays so that I could watch Threes Company!!!! I miss those much simpler days for sure.

ZD, Your childhood is the same as mine but divided by an Ocean.. Lavern and Shirley was great I loved that show opening with them working at the Brewery, a few years back I even bought and old retro Beer cooler with that brewery's logo on it
