March 19th memorial
Is there anyone here that is planning on attending the memorial on March 19th, 2007? At the Dec 6th memorial Delores said that on Mar 19th there could possibly be a camara crew there doing interviews for a possible upcoming documentary.

Frank I met last month on Randy's B-Day and he shared the story of how he met Randy. If he hasn't already told ya the story you should ask him it is interesting. Frank I was wondering if you have heard anything more about the Documentary I believe it was that might be being made about Randy? Also just incase anyone is interested in Donating to the Randy Rhoads Scholarship fund that Delores has set up at CSUN here is info for that.

are you nervous? not that there is anything to be nervous about but most people are the first time just not knowing what to expect but Dee makes you feel at ease. I used to worry about imposing on her by talking to her until she expressed how much the fans meant to her because through the fans Randy's memory lives on.Sarab wrote:first timerlittlemissozzy wrote:Have I met you there before or is this your first time?Sarab wrote:littlemissozzy I will be there.

I would LOVE to attend in March, but at the moment it doesn't look likely... financial issues, y'know. I have been to Mountain View and it was a really unique experience. I was the only one there and it was about as peaceful as I could imagine. It'd be nice to experience the fans and family there, but I think all the people would shatter the feeling of serenity I felt the last time I was there.
tell you what paul, i think if i were to go on any day but, i would probably find myself crying. as it is, the december and march gatherings take on an almost festive atmosphere. it's all about reminiscing and remembering and honoring the memory. i like that. i'm sorry that it looks grim, i'd really like to meet you.
