Too much red tape if this was ever going to happen Bob would never approached the O's to offer it up to them simply because he knows it cannot be done without Ozzy music corporated wrangles... Regardless of them being demos in the making. whatever... If it has Ozzy on them mixes its a combined corporate. If it was released without any of Ozzy input yeah...But then if they can be heard as cuts from original released songs its like me doing a covers album and having to list the original song writers next to those tracks.. Then you may as well hand it over to $haron for a world wide release for a royalty. It's something we all want to hear, but its only gold for the ones who will buy it..

I think it would give it a different effect and we wouldn't get the whole story of what they done as well as missing a lot of great stuff. Maybe still better than nothing?

No Donnie, there's no chance that any DOAM samples will be released on Randy's birthday this year, not because of any major dramas behind the scenes but because the Grail is a labour of love and everyone involved is busy working on other projects in different parts of the world.

If it was released without Ozzy singing on it or any dialog of him trying to work out parts with Randy or joking around , if that's on there .... I think it would give it a different effect and we wouldn't get the whole story of what they done as well as missing a lot of great stuff. Maybe still better than nothing?

The recordings aren't multi-track, they were originally done on cassette tapes, you can't separate anything from anything. The recordings could only be edited by cutting huge chunks out of them and that ain't gonna happen.

Regardless of the current status of the Grail project. Bob knows how much fans want to hear the recordings & I'm sure he'll do everything possible to make that happen. All in due time I guess.
