Can something be done about the spam bots?
There's like four individual threads made in one day. Maybe a different way to create user accounts and verification?

I agree, I think that the mods that do visit this site should give a little control to a few people who are here regularly.
That would solve a lot of problems around here with the bots

I've send a pm to Skezza and Trigger to look at it, since I'm no admin I can only clean up.

The problem is, they will keep reappearing. It's quite hard to stop them permanently. Activating accounts manually also prevents some people from getting one. Not ideal. I will change the spam questions though. As this blocks them for like 5 months or so.

I expect that while I've closed registrations and deleted 100's of accounts, some will still make it through as they're pre-registered. I just need to keep swatting them now.
