I have 'Randy Rhoads Signed' as a saved search on eBay as i check from time to time. There are 2 which have caught me eye, both being Blizzard sets.
The first is the only Auction in a while which will give a good indication of what a full Blizzard set will go for in today's market. This Auction should be pretty interesting and if it stays relatively low, I'll probably have a bid:

The second listing is one I'm positive I've seen before. I'll have to go back and check Popsike, but from memory I'm fairly sure this is the one that sold a couple of months before I got mine. While I believe in my very limited judgement that these are authentic, the price at $3000 is certainly too high. In my experience, Rhoads signatures tend to only sell at Auction, sub $1000 (and that's being very generous). Again, it's a full Blizzard set, signed on the back of the 'Crazy Train' Single which does make it interesting though:

EDIT: I just checked on Popsike and it isn't the same one.
And the final one I'm going straight out and calling this a fake! I wasn't going to bother with putting here, but why not? It's a US pressing Blizzard, signed by just 'Ozzy' and 'Randy' in blue Sharpie? Marker on the cover. Looking at the other Auctions this guy has, it looks as though this blue marker gets quite a workout and seems to make them a lot of money. At $3000, anyone who shells out that kind of money for this thing has more Dollars than Cents:
