Ozzy infamous dove biting pics

I've just seen these close up pics of Ozzy after he bit the head from the dove. The rumour goes that the dove was already dead and on this one here the head can be seen being spat out. To the disgust of the press woman on his right. This publicity stunt was the making of Ozzy and triggered the mayhem that made him infamous.

If you look closely you can see the head of the dove falling after Ozzy has spat it out. See it just above his cross round his neck. I'd never noticed that before, i'd only ever seen the same pics in the Mick Wall 'Diary of a Madman' book. The photographer was the infamous Jeffrey Mayer who had photographed Ozzy and co Live on stage alot of his pics have been seen in the music press.
