Remember back the last time I was here, I had what I called the SDF Moonlight? An acoustic guitar I built myself at college, a few people sniggered about it being a *cardboard* guitar. Well that broke a while ago now, but I was fortunate enough to keep the design and pass it on to a friend of mine, who built it into a bass for me. It's got an african mahogany body, standard wood for neck, headstock (carved into a hawk's head style with SDF in pearl) and the pick ups from what we've identified are possible Fender Jazz pick ups (I gave him a broken bass that was badly damaged in its wood to take the electronics from and well, as you can see it has a new lease of life.

Nope, didn't build it myself, I designed it and had a luthier build it for me

Ten points if you guess who influenced the design
Although I designed it for a practical AND stylish design
designed it so I can play it both horizontal and vertical

Has a nice vintage vibe about it. Sort of like Danelectro no!? So you play bass as well these days!
