Not even close. Randy was a phenomenal player and by all accounts a great human being, but equating him with God is simply wrong. I know what you meant by your comment, but keep in mind that there are people dying all over the world right now because someone maligned their idea of God.

When I watch Randy play (on After Hours or on the Quiet Riot DVDs, I see a phenomenal guitar player who enjoys what he does.

Hey, no worries, as I said, I understand what you meant with your statement. It's really cool that Randy's playing does that for you. I think the man would be flattered to hear that.

I'm curious, is it just the Ozzy stuff that does this for you or the Quiet Riot stuff as well? I find the Quiet Riot stuff inspires me to pick up the guitar more than the Ozzy stuff these days. Probably because I'n closer to his skill level in the '70's than his skill level in the '80's.

no not just the ozzy stuff the quiet riot stuff does the same thing but when i listen and watch the laughing gas solo i am complety out of it
