Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember I heard they had to stop making a Gibson Les Paul custom (like Randy's) many years ago (15/20 years already) because it was too close. :)

by the looks of it, Burny is japanese, while the site you were linking to is based in the UK?
I'm not too sure that either violates any US copyrights.
