I was going to say "all of them" but I'm sure everyone here would agree to that.
DOAM is my favorite LP, and it's hard to pick one song off of that. I don't know how much Randy wrote of the songs on there, but they all have a major grip on me. However, to this day I still get chill bumps when I hear the solo in "S.A.T.O.". It just blows me away. That solo just grabs you by the collar and won't let go. It also shows how phenomenal a musician he was and makes you realize how much more amazing his playing would have gotten had he lived.
"Tonight" is another one that really blows me away. The emotion is so strong in that tune I don't want it to end. I would love to hear the entire outro solo to that one.
The title track is another one that still gives me chill bumps. It's an amazing song, and I love the acoustic guitar parts. Thanks to the Danny Gill DVD I have been learning to play part of it. I really suck at playing guitar though, especially since I'm a drummer. Or I should say I used to be one.

This is a tough one because there's so many great moments. I personally prefer "Diary" over "Blizzard" but maybe that's because I've heard the songs off the first record so much more. "Believer" is ominous, and I especially love the bridge before and after the guitar solo. The outro solo to "Tonight" ranks up there with his work on "Crowley". "SATO" is like "Steal Away" in its intensity, but more arrangements and I love the beginning. But I would say the title track is Randy's finest moment. The acoustic intro, the kicking on the distortion, the different segments weaving into each other, the middle part and build into the guitar solo, the choir at the end....it has all the elements that made Randy special. Off the first album...."I Don't Know" is awesome but I like the "Tribute" version better (same with "Suicide Solution"). "Crowley" and "Revelation" are great pieces: "Crowley" for the solos (some BLAZING pentatonics) and "Revelation" for the same reasons as "Diary". I've always reall liked "Steal Away" as well.

Diary Of A Madman for me because it is the last song (in the order of the last album)you hear Randy playing. EPIC No doubt about it. The song itself sounds incrediably tragic. MASTERPIECE...
