I think Tribute showcases Randy's talents best. As beautiful as Randy's playing is on BOO & DOAM, live was where he really came alive.

BOO. It's the basis for almost all of Ozzy's solo career. Check his setlist, and the album with the most tracks played live is always BOO. Ozzy knows what side his bread is buttered on. As well, IMO, it's the best album (besides DOAM) musically. That first album is magic.
