I have a Brad boot entitled "Talk To The Devil" Does anyone have a date, and location?

You'd have to give us a few clues to i.d this, is it a crowd recording or of soundboard quality. Is anything different in what Ozzy is saying inbetween songs ?. I know the soundtrack from the Irvine Meadows gig has been used alot even saying it was RR on some japanese boot's cd's.

I found out it was Memphis, TN 4-28-1982.
