I'd say most likely scenario, simple mistake by employees not obsessed/interested in the nuances of the Blizzard reissue history. Believe it or not, not everyone cares about this stuff, some people just get paid to package items for shipping.

For spending $150.00, they most certainly should be speaking to you personally...to send you replacement copies of versions of CDs that ought to be deleted by now is almost laughable, but there's nothing funny about it.
Way to outsource the quality control Sony/Epic/Legacy! :evil:

Oh bugger... That´s damn obnoxious on company´s half; they should at leat TRY to fix that kinda problem, not that it would be hard to do... I hope you get it solved soon!!! Thumbs up!!! :)

do you realize that you only have a 30 or 60 day time limit to file a claim with your cc co.?dont let the company string you along past that time...you should file asap.
