I found this and i thought it was a cool tribute to his late friend . I think this would of been not long after he left Ozzy possibley 1982. It was the first time he was in the Uriah Heep line up anyway. Some fans had made him the armband and he wore it for the whole tour .

Nice gesture on his part. I know he thought a lot of Randy, personally, as well as professionally.

I'd imagine he and Randy became pretty close, especially during the writing of both Blizzard and Diary. Shows just how much he cared and thought about his mate.

And yeah Shockwave, he looks pretty buzzed in the pic.
