Tassled Ozzy

I'm trying to figure out how many different tassled shirts Ozzy wore. There is obviously the Blue w/white tassles (which is personally my favorite, and representative of the earliest BOO performances). There is also the Red w/white tassles. Then there is the Blue w/white tassles and sequins that say "Ozzy" from the AH video.

Anyone know if there are any other tassles shirts that Ozzy wore? I know he wore a White shirt w/white tassles during the Never Say Die era, but I don't recall him ever wearing it during BOO or DOAMM.

1. Blue with white tassles.
2. Blue with white tassles and "Ozzy" in sequins.
3. Red with white tassles
4. White with white tassles.

I think you've got it, as I can't recall any other colors. One person that would know for sure, who has never, ever been interviewed, but I wouldn't mind hearing from is Ozzy's first wife Thelma. She made Ozzy's stage clothes.
I wonder if Jack interviewed her for the 'God Bless OO' film?
