Nope... "No Bone movies" is missing here. They played it in both sets.

I can't wait until the Box is released so all this speculation will end... be patient, kids, it's only a month away... go outside and play or something to get your minds off it for awhile.

I know, I know... I just want to get to the bitching about, "Why'd they use that and not this?" I realize the speculation is all in fun, but geez, there's almost no talk of anything else lately...
I guess I'm so used to being let down that I don't like to speculate.

I think the speculation Paul is because this is the biggest thing since the Diary album was released, this is much bigger than tribute.

It sure is bigger than Tribute! I haven't speculated at all, but the waiting is difficult. I've been keeping busy and the time is dragging. I can't wait to see the photos in the coffee table book!Trigger wrote:I think the speculation Paul is because this is the biggest thing since the Diary album was released, this is much bigger than tribute.

it's bigger HERE, for us few........but on a large scale "Tribute" was still a bigger release at its time

See, now I disagree.
When Tribute came out, the vast majority of us had never heard Randy live (unless they recorded the radio broadcast OR had discovered tape trading). Now we've got how many boots of him? Not to mention that we've seen him play live both with Ozzy and Quiet Riot. Maybe the Ozzy stuff isn't high quality video (yet) but we've still seen it, we've even seen him at a soundcheck and heard his guitar lessons.
On March 19, 1987, when Tribute was released, we hadn't heard or seen him (generally speaking). So I think that was bigger than anything that will ever be released. Not necessarily cooler or better, but a bigger release as far as importance goes. The Quiet Riot: The Randy Rhoads Years would come in 2nd as it was the first time many of us hear him with QR.
Of course a lot of members may not have been born or were way too young in '87, so this is definitely more highly anticipated.
