If the rope was secured it could have pulled him??? But the more I look at it mabey he walked up the Castle like Batman:) At first I thought it was Ozzy hanging Ronnie but then I realized it wasnt.
Its on Randys side (Stage left) didnt he hang Ronnie in the Center??? Surprisingly you dont see many pictures of that.Ive only really seen like a half dozen or so.

Seeing this picture jogged the ole noggin...I seem to remember Ozz swinging on the rope right after the hanging of the dwarf. I saw the show in St. Louis 1982. I know a few other members were there. Any memories? I don't remember him climbing it too high just running behind Tommy and kinda a swim rope swing.

But Ozzy was (in the picture) on Randys side of the stage?
I guess that there could have been numerous ropes hanging across the stage
that were lowered for this specific part (Hangin Ronnie) at first glance I thought
that Ozzy was holding onto the noose & Ronnie or John Allen as he was really known.
Turns out its Ozzys Shadow.I remember rumors & stories back in the 80s & early
90s that he had played R2-D2.This was obviously not true (although he was in Blade Runner w/Han Solo) I read that he had killed himself a few years back:(
