Randy and Kelly Fight ???
Moderators: Randy Perry, The Flying Dutchman, Stiltzkin, skezza, Trigger
what i have are about 6-8 cassette tapes. (randy recommended taping the lessons to his students so i suppose there's lots of them somewhere). since my dual tape player gave up the ghost, i'd have to get another one. or i may join the 21st century and figure out how to transfer them to cd.skezza wrote:Hey Frank, if you ever have chance to send me some of your audio, i would be more than willing to send you anything you wanted in return!
I have been doing this a lot, and you can ask Trigger, it works a charmfrank wrote:what i have are about 6-8 cassette tapes. crazy but i agree that kevin did take the band over when randy died, but i don't think he had alot of control when randy was around

More Randy Lessons?
Now that the December issue of Guitar World is out, I was able to get another one of Randy's lost lessons (by Robert LaFond). I still have another lesson from 1990 (byChet Thompson) that came out of Guitar magazine. Are there other Randy lessons out there in cyberworld that someone knows about? Let me know please...That would be the discovery of a lifetime.

I have a couple different lessons on disc by randy, but the only ones in print I know of are the recent LaFond lessons and the Chet Thompson lesson you mentioned as well as a transcription of the most common recording of one of Randy's lessons. That is in Guitar World from about '92... Ill see if I can borrow my parents scanner and scan that one for you if you'd like.
