Doubt we'll ever see them. Those are some of the pics that Don has kept, but will never release to the public, for personal reasons.

Axeman, u sound like a fired up Randy fanatic!!!! im 50 and saw RR 3 times as close as 3rd row..that was a special time just b4 Mtv took hold. we only had the concerts themselves to look 4ward too or just stone out on the album covers(like Blizzard). so it was like majik to see ur favorite bands come to town. as far as RR he appears to me to be the last of the real Guiar hero! There are few people who emit the majik, just being in RR presence let off (vibrarions) it was majik when i heard the big slide at the intro of "i dont know" at masonic temple ,may 81. loved RR from that day to now, have taught since i was 18 and make sure all new students know who RR is,was... keep the faith all at UR..love this site!

Brad used Mesa Boogie Mark III's in Stereo for all his Ozzy time. He's commented that he wished he had the tone he had on Speak of the Devil on the Night Ranger Dawn Patrol album which was recorded before his time with Ozzy, and released afterwards.

To my knowledge.. Bernie is the ONLY person to play on Randy's equipment (Pedalbaord & Amps) due to Bernie's equipment not arriving in time from UK. All of Randys guitars and backstage equip were not used. His PDV was not opened until the Crazy Train Tribute video recording was done, as artifacts like his cigarettes and a couple Phil Collins cassettes were found in this PDV guitar case, and also the strings were all rusty as well.

I am looking to program in RR's tone to my Digitech 2112 & 2120's, any advice is welcome. It's been years since I had the correct settings, but I am looking for the settings on his MXR 10 band eq, MXR flanger and his Roland Space Echo.

Thanks.
Bill

I HAD A CRAZY EXPERIANCE 5 MINUTES AGO! I was playing Diary of a Madman on my Fender and my amp switch clicked off. I turned it back on and then my sound knob was all the way down on my guitar. I got the chills and went outside for 2 minutes to relax. I'm still shaking. I think it might have been Randy....

I actually did a little recording with my phone, but all I got was a sigh (me most likely). I asked him if he liked my playing and if he knows whats going on in the world. scarey though

My tuner just began to go crazy while I was asking him to communicate with me somehow.
