Im guessing this is still going, if so, who funds it????

yes it is. The funds go to UCLA and to CSUN (where Randy's white Jackson was displayed for a short time). Mrs. Rhoads just made an addition to the funds in the amount of $20,000 just recently, and they definetly still take contributions:
It's a great cause and helps keep Randy's name in the music circle. It also exposes Randy to new fans,who may not otherwise now about him (The scholarship is for Classical guitarists I believe).
