I don't know, but whether it is or not, that is HEAVILY overpriced.

Just under $4,000?!?!? A real Randy Rhoads autograph isn't worth nearly that much!

I checked out that signature and i would say its a fake. I then had a look at the guys other items for sale. This is a good guide and an indication to tell if the seller is bogus or genuine. He had a load of other signatures from dead musicians and celebrities. Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix,Freddie Mercury, Rick Wright, Princess Diana, John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe etc. All the prices are all over £1000 starting. A genuine signature will normaly sell on its own without other high priced items. I wouldn't say the RR signature was overpriced, if it was a real genuine signature you should expect to pay that at the high end. You can pick them up for alot less. This is due to the amount of forgeries seen on ebay,so people are very suspect of bidding on what they believe to be a fake. When it is the genuine article, i have been very lucky to pick a few up, for alot less. 'Blizzard' you did the right thing and mentioned the signature here. Plenty people are now stuck with fake BS items that they have paid big bucks for. The ebay network is flooded every week with 100's of 1000's of crap signatures, so be aware.

This has just been up on ebay and has just finished it sold for £60.00 which isn't alot of money but i wouldn't want to be told that the signature isn't worth the ink it was wrote with. Same again the seller has other highly prized bogus signatures Sex Pistols Sid Vicious, Marc Bolan, Ramones Johnny & Dee Dee, AC/DC Bon Scott etc. I don't know how ebay can allow these crooks to carry on trading.

The F***er has everyones autograph lol. Well, there something that looks like it's the real thing. I think it was the way the "Y" connected to the "D" in Randy, but I'm not an autograph specialist.

Is this a real autograph?
The d and h do not look consistent with other signatures of his that I have seen. I would be careful of the source, who's selling it and where it came from.

Well, it's 3.4 k! If it's a fake, I think eBay should take the thing from him and close that account.

ITS FAKE..

THE funny thing is this exact same style of sig has been used and sold for many years...i think one individual made a massive amount of fake randy sigs in that style and with the word love above it and then sold them to a number of phoney dealers and theyve been in circulation ever since...The R's are good copies but its the connector to the 'D's that make it fake...
I have never seen a real randy autograph that didnt have the unique connctor to the D so that is why i am saying its fake.
I could be wrong but i aint.

I've seen enough signatures to know that the first one posted is fake and it just jumps off the page. The Ozzy signature looks bogus aswell, all the tell tail signs of a dodgy dealer. When they are knocking out loads of other faked high priced signatures. You know these are not the real deal i just wish ebay would do something about it. I remember Dave 'Wyldeone' saying that he had genuine signatures on ebay and someone reported him to ebay for selling fakes.. He was livid he was one of the guys who'd be the first to knock any fake signatures. God Bless Him

I can tell the Ozzy sig is fake, bt the Rhoads sig is kinda hard to see.

Well thats one way of putting it ? So your saying the Ozzy sig is fake but the RR is ?. Who is going to do that ...Add an Ozzy signature to a perfectly good signed RR item ?. It's bullshit the 2 i posted up are both forged, faked, no good, worthless, pieces of shit.

OK if you think this is a genuine signature could you put this one next to one that looks the same. Then we will decide if it is a forgery or a 100% genuine signature. I'll show you the difference. But copy and paste the signature from the large pic of the item and post a signature next to it that looks exactly the same or very much the same.
