Come November...What Would You Pay?

Post by Rhoads-Fan »

With new stuff coming out in November, I wonder how much the package will cost? Would you pay $100.00, or even more? My budget is tight...I could swing a c-note, though, maybe a little more? What say you?

Is there any idea what the package will really cost? Thanks.

I dont care what they release, i wouldn't pay through the mouth for it. If the reissue material is worth it, ie. dvd of a show and/or cd of audio actualy worth owning i would pay a max of say £15-20 per album (which is apparently $30.84). Im talking about individual albums. And if their is no dvd i probably wouldnt bother anyway :|

Im not realy interested in a special box set with guitar picks and other pointless titilation.

I 2nd that.

$100? No, probably not. $40? That'd be doable.

i'll be getting the set without all the pics etc.the more things they add to the set the more it will cost..so i'll go the cheaper route!

I'll pay whatever it costs to get everything!
After all this time waiting for something special to be released, money is no option. Besides, there is some time left to budget for it...

It all depends what you get. If it comes in a paper brown bag and they use the thinnest CD case possible I might wait a while. Still, I think this will be as special as Randy was so it could very well be an automatic get. I bought CD imports from Japan and they charge through the nose for those but years later I tell myself, "Sure Am Glad I Got That CD Before It Was Discontinued." It must be the collector in me...

Price? If it's over $100.00 I'll probably say a lot of cuss words but get it anyway. This should be the get of a lifetime.

Yeah, and another thing. We know some cool stuff will be released this year, Kelly's book soon after & whatever else pops up that we don't even know about at the moment so better be prepared to spend some cash. Nothing burns me up more than when people take the easy way out & download stuff & don't support the artists/people who put their time, effort & cash into a project. Not that i'm saying any Randy fans would do that but, after all these years I still appreciate anything new that surfaces as so little is available to us fans. I remember when I found my first ever Randy poster in a music store (Randy with his Black Les Paul). I was over the moon... Back in the early 80's there was very little available especially here in Australia.

I most likely won't have the money for the deluxe box set, so I will probably download the stuff first. Though I do plan to buy it when I do get the money.
