That actually made me lol. I have all of Lampoon movies and I do the exact same thing after I watch something freaky. I thought that was my own personal quirk, but happy to see someone else shares my goof too. Also, when I'm really scared, I sing Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer. Have since I was about 4.
