Sad story.

Post by ILOVERUDYSARZO »

Guy's Im afraid I have some bad news, We are taking my grandfather home under hospice care. I know there is nothing left for us to do and he may pass away before the end of the week. But at least this way will be more peaceful. We will make him comfortable. We will make him feel at peace.

And soon, he will be taken up into God's loving and caring arms.

Here is a short recap of what has been going on. in febuary,we brought him to the hospital because he was not walking well and he looked sick, he was diagnosed with collitis a disease in the abdomidal bloodstream. We made the mistake by bringing him home not rehabilitated. He has been going to nursing homes and rehab centers and hospitals. And now that he had just had been diagnosed with a bout of Congestive Heart Failure and he wasnt improving with medicine, we decided to take him home where he belongs and start hospice until its time to say goodbye

I feel for you at this time, and know how it has felt for me to loose someone so close. It is easier said then done, but I find that with the love in your heart, you will begin to remember his smile, his funny querks, and his stories. Those things will be forever in your heart, he will be forever in your heart, and no one can take that away from you. Remember
always that people care. :fish:
