AWSOME!!! Hopefully this will be Stricktly a Randy Rhoads years Collection.I was wondering this myself.
Perhaps Ozzy was informed of theese Tapes along with this PRO-SHOT FOOTAGE,they could afford to & would honestly be the Best outlet for Bobs tapes,push them as what they are the BLIZZARD OF OZZ,they wrote & performed theese tapes & Im sure if it was Exclusive to this "Product" they could bite their tounge
& Come Correct w/Bob & Lee,giving them Proper Credits both (songwriting & performance) just on theese Issues,just to Give the People what they want! I really dont see Sharon putting the Originals back on Ozzys Greatest hits & ect.. but I could see them just doing the right thing for a STELLAR product,
Sharon & the Record exects know what time it is.It will guarenteed to do well,escpecially if the record company gets behind it and PUSHES it to Radio,VH1 Classic could make it HUGE!!

I wonder What Bob has & if Ozzy Indeed would Pay for them & have them released Proper as a Ozzy Box Set worth Buying right?? When I first heard about it,Man was I excited with the Prospect of how AWSOME it could be if he went the (" The Beatles Anthology" Route) That last one in 04 or 05 was (Sorry Ozzy) But For lack of a better word a Fuckin Discrace.Just another Waisted excuse for a ReRecorded,ReNamed & RePackaged "Greatest Hits " compilation with Two discs full of "Hits" & Two discs full of Cover songs,
One of them just a comp of previously released covers & the other New recorded covers (that later went to be ReReleased as another Ozzy album) What a Letdown.

I hope their is more than 1 Live Randy Concert,And if their is Footage w/Bob & Lee we get that too

I really hope that Ozzy does a Proper Anthology like the Beatles did & was EXCLUSIVELY Unreleased,alternate takes,early versions w/different Lyrics & Arrangements,Instrumental versions,Live & other stuff of the sort.Like the (Alt.Take/Demos) from Blizzard Steal Away (has a 4 Count by Lee) & No
Bone Movies (has Porn Samples during the Outro Chorus,& doesnt have the Backing Vocals) & the other stuff from the Mr.Crowley E.P concert Id LOVE to hear a Live Board Mix of You Lookin at me.The extended fadeout that had supposedly went on for quite some time on Tonight & You Cant Kill R-N-R. A mix of Diary w/o the Choir & strings. A Snipit of the Tubular Bells in Revelation Soloed Out.an UnPlugged version Of Goodbye To Romance(Except for the Solo),I wonder if any kind of Pre-Production jams exsist from Chris Tsdarges exsist?

Theese are all just ideas based on " The Beatles Anthology" & the kind of stuff on that,which Ive heard Ozzy Praise.& talk about how they shouldnt have somebody else doing Jonh Lennons parts.

What sounds cool also is the article says that the up and coming tour could be complete performances of these albums. I know randy is no longer with us but to hear theses' songs done live especially the diary stuff that we have never heard live would be awesome. How ozzy will sing those songs is another question as the range on diary is out of ozzys range now. but this year just gets better and better.
When bruce springsteen released the 30th anniversary of born to run we had a box set with footage of the songs being recorded in the studio, plus full live concert from london on the first tour plus the album restored. Lets hope ozzy really does something special, i really think he will as its the 30th anniversary of these albums. and it was these albums thats responsible for his career as we know it now.

I think that anything is possible now and Ozzy will know how valued and valuable releasing these albums again in a luxury format. I also see that after 30 years they will realise that adding material or raw tracks will be a coup that could bring Ozzy some much needed good will with a branch of his fan base.
I had it suggested to me before Randy's 25th that the O's were considering releasing the pro recorded Southamton show so maybe this is the time that they see fit fulfil that idea?

Okay,thats the one that GTR & NBM from Tribute were from Right??& I dont know Live from the Flying high & Over the Mountain B-sides.We Know that the Masters exsist from I Dont Know (live) Because they ReRecorded the Drum & Bass as a Bonus Track on the 2002 Diary.Was that the same show as the MrCrowley EP??It would be great to hear a new Officialy remastered version of You said it all.
And I cant express enough how great it would be to hear a Quality Mix of You Looking at me..

No. I Don't Know (live) bonus track is the same as version as what is on Tribute, from Cleveland '81. I do not believe the bass/drums was touched on that bonus track, as it was Tommy and Rudy, NOT Bob and Lee. It is definitely a different mix, but it is the same version.

I wonder what the release date will be, as the new album Ozz worked on is coming out June 15th. I'm assuming it's going to be released AFTER the new album, so they don't compete with each other. I think the anniversary release might be very cool indeed!

Im pretty sure that they in Fact DID ReRecord I dont know (live) as a bonus track & it is Originally from the Flying High Again B-side.Why would they even use the Tribute version as the One Bonus track??But I could be Wrong???Im gonna listen to it again & see that it isnt the Tribute version.
I am pretty sure though,that it was from the same concert as the Mr.Crowley E.P & the 2 songs off Tribute.

Okay Just Listened to it,it is not the Tribute Version,it doesnt have Intro CarmaBurana....or whatever its called at the begining,and the Bass guitar is Very Poppy in parts,they ReRecorded over Bob & Lees,live Performance.

And reading the Liner notes it says that I Dont Know (live) Originally released
"From B-side to the EpicSingle Flying High Again"(ZS5-02582)
