Exactly like you said: a quiet and peaceful place. When I saw the house it was hard to imagine what happened there. But no weird vibe or something. Just an 'unreal' feeling that it really happened there......

Cheers for sharing that Dutch. Rebuilding the house like it was originally seems to have almost preserved the site just as it would have been in 1982, except for new tree growth I guess.
