Randy Rhoads display with signed cigarette packet ?

I seen this on ebay, it's been put together nicely with the pics and silver 'Randy William Rhoads' plate. But i've seen things like this put together in the past and i'm very dubious to it being 100%. The signature has its faults but i'm sure someone else will tell me differently. But i did ask the seller if he collected the signature and he never replied ?. Which is a tell tale sign that they want this to sell to someone who thinks this is the genuine article. It sold for a reasonable price, but what do you think ?.
