For me Mr Crowley and Diary of a Madman.
Cologne she'll wear silver and americard, She'll drive a beetle car and beat you down at cool Canasta. And when the clothes are strewn don't be afraid of the room touch the fullness of her breast feel the love of her caress she will be your living end.

There are quite a few favorites that I have. But for me, the end all be all for cranked Rock guitar tone, by ANY artist, ANY song, happens to be a Randy song. Believer on DOAM at the chorus when the guitar kicks in at 2:45 JUST KILLS!!! For me, cranking this loud is pure guitar tonal HEAVEN! Enough aggression to make you just want to jump up and put your boot in someone's eye!
God Bless Randy....

Diary of a Madman is my all-time favorite.
Better people....
Better food...
And better beer.

From the first two Ozzy albums?
I really can't choose, I like them all! :D

(except for maybe 'Little Dolls' from the Diary album, that's my least favorite song)

I think that my favorite song by Randy is Picking Up the Pieces... my favorite live song would be Back to the Coast, and my favorite song with Ozzy, is hands down, Revelation (Mother Earth).

I think the song that best demonstrates Randy's genius is Diary of a Madman. My favorite song of his though is probably Mr. Crowley!

At the moment, probably SATO and Revelation.

I am not keen on Quiet Riot but quite like Breaking Up Is A Heartache and Afterglow of Your Love for this era.

Actually, Afterglow is a cover of a Small Faces song...

I prefer to listen to the Quiet Riot era because I really like pop rock from the '70's and because this was Randy in his purest form. I'd love to here what he would have done with those pop songs as his talent grew.

Hi Paul

Thanks for the link. It still counts as a favourite 'Randy song' from Quet Riot though surely :)

I love SATO. 8) A truly under-rated song! I like the ending of Revelation...don't care much for the soft beginning part.
