New Weight Loss System!

So, I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and I finally found an incredible system that's helped me lose 10 pounds since last Monday.


Pneumonia with a 103.5 fever! The fever makes life a bit uncomfortable and the coughing up blood sucks, but I've lost 10 pounds!!

I don't recommend this system, however.

Excellent find Paul. I find not sleeping enough and taking on too many commitments is great because it leads to anxiety nd depression which suppress the appetite and also helps lose weight.

Paul you sardonic master!

Jokes aside now...man sorry to hear you are ill.

Great to see the old humour is there though

I am growing a little wider as time passes. I think I might need to come and breath some of your air..........or perhaps some light kissing might be quicker? :lol:

i do not think pneumonia is contagious ian, but don't let that stop romance.

Okay, so 4 weeks down the road I'm feeling better. I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym so I can capitalize on the weight-loss I've been blessed with.

Hi Paul

Good idea with the gym. Also great to hear you are better or at least on the way to recovery.

I was meant to go to the gym this morning and then I have a massage booked for 10.

It is so cold I am just going to have a scented bath and read a book instead.LMAO

I go though 2/3 times a week and it has kept me from being porky.
