How many years was it between Tony booting Ozzy out of Sabbath and them kissing and making up? It should soon be time for Ozzy to grow up and become a responsible adult, fire Sharon and deal with Bob and Lee like a man.

The day that happens will be the day I'll need a very warm jacket because hell would have frozen over.

How did Bob and Lee managed to lose this case so many times recently anyway? I know they won in the 80s sometime...but how come they can't get anywhere now?

Everyone is open to personal preference between any bands who cover songs.Take Metallica's version of the Thin Lizzy song 'Whiskey In the Jar'.Lizzy's version is more like a folk song in comparison to Tallica's beefed up version and i'm a great Lizzy fan.But i think that the Beefed up version wins for me.What i think Bob Daisley did was in honesty a project which he had been wanting to do for a long time. This was no slur on Ozzy but he wrote those songs while Ozzy got shit faced and stoned. Ozzy has even admitted that he couldn't write at the time. He'd come up with ideas and that was about it !.So i think he could of took those Ozzy songs and made a pure mess of them. But he introduced a cool line up of players and did his version of these. But like i have said it's up to everyone's taste and views on this one..

The treat of the Living Loud project is seeing Bob and Lee playing together. It opened my eyes when I first saw I Don't Know a couple of years ago. These guys are tight and you see that the Blizzard of Ozz was a real band. Bob and Lee "own" those songs in that, of course, had a major hand in writing them but they have internalized every note (if that even makes sense). You are watching Randy's rhythm section in action. You can tell they are having a ball and the good vibe comes across. Even with that singer. :D I kid. I actually have grown to kinda like the guy.

I really didn't listen to the guitar that much because that was not the draw for me. Seeing Bob and Lee was it. Steve Morse did a great job. Very respectful with his own twist on it. I would never expect someone with his name and rep to try and do a note for note version. That would have made me scratch my head and say "Hey, aren't you Steve Morse?". I think it says a whole lot that he was part of this project and I bet Randy is somewhere digging the fact Steve Morse is covering him.

No one can play those parts with that sensitivity like Lee and no one holds down the bass end like Bob Daisley (who was very cool when I met him as a 17 year old kid). These guys are the goods. A real band in an era of posers, fake bikers and wannabees.
