I was just looking at some pictures from the documentary and it struck me that Randy's brother always looks angry or upset in pictures. Either that or he likes the '80's pouty look.

Look at this photo...

I hope it's just how he looks in pictures and that he isn't really a grumpy old man...

haha. nothing could be further from the truth paul. kelle is a real character and full of life. the man is genuine and has a heart of gold. the rhoads family are wonderful people but very reserved. kelle is a standout. he had meradith and i busting up laughing one time. i turned to kathy and declared "kelle couldn't possibly be related to you guys. where did he come from?" she just rolled her eyes. "i don't know frank, i don't know."
he doesn't try to be funny. he just is.

You know Paul I made the same observation that I did.
I thought the same thing but frank is right, he is quite
a character in person. I'm gathering he is not a photogenic
person.
