In China, they call Chinese food just...food. Or 'fahn' or 'wahn fahn.' That's Mandarin for food or quite literally rice. See how educational I can be!

I love sushi too. In Korea, they have this place off the shore where you can tell these divers what kind of fish you want, they go and dive down and get it for you. Then they chop it up right in front of you and you eat it while it's still moving. Now THAT'S seafood.

As my older brother says "Kill it with the hot sauce!"

Anyhoo, back to the topic.
I gotta agree with Darin on the RR and EVH thing. There's no way I could say that Eddie didn't have chops. It's just that his chops do nothing for me. Randy's on the other hand...

I remember a Chinese place here in the DFW area that would take sweet potatoes and cook them in that batter they use on the sweet and sour chicken (or pork). Man was that good! Real rich and filling.

I've never had sushi.

EVH was ok.

What's a California roll? Can you get those in Texas? Is that like Texas Toast?

I thought George Lynch was one of the better guitarists from the 80's, though I was a huge fan of Dan Wexler from Icon. I guess I'll never see a threaded titled: Tired of people saying Wexler was the best.

California rolls are primarily made out of avacado and imitation shrimp and a few other things. I don't think it's 'real' sushi, but nearly all sushi places will have it.
I personally like octopus! And salmo...eel is good too.
