It's going now but yesterday I only had 1 lager an I had to drink it with a straw and divert it to the okay area of my throat

Hi Matt

I am glad you are able to work around the throat problem, from time to time I get the same problem. I have to power through it but it's a real pain (not punning).

I have started drinking Spanish beer again instead of my usual V&T.

I haven't had a drink since Tuesday!

I have felt mentally a bit fragile lately and have a gut instinct to stay off the drink until my instinct sys otherwise (I always follow my intuition too!)

I am in a great mood though and practising loads, I just need a rare bit of time out.
I have drunk red wine every day (most days some times I substitute with Budwar Lager which is the real Budweiser..not the one commercially well known) for many years...

The man who has started the pub thread is on the wagon...:) a good example of "irony"..sorry in a nother RR forum a defnition of irony topic became like banging your head against a wall :D :D
