Dave Tangye has sadly died...

I heard from a friend that Dave Tangye has sadly passed away at home, after a long term battle with cancer. (1st October 2022)
For anyone who does not know Dave. He was very kind for sharing his memories, photographs and an interview that he did for the forum a few years ago. He worked with Necromandus 1970 - Black Sabbath and later went on to be Ozzy's PA during their first UK tour in 1980 and USA tour in 1981. He co-wrote the book 'How Black Was Our Sabbath' with fellow stage manager and drum tech Graham Wright. He will be sadly missed by family, close friends and fans world wide RIP DT.

Sad to hear. He was a wealth of knowledge and was generous with his time, sharing his personal memories and photos throughout the years.
