Thee Katatonic

Does anyone have any information on a band called "Thee Katatonic"? . I was watching an old video i have,and at the end there are 3 songs from this group. The reason why i bring it up here is that the guitarist,who is a deadringer for Kurt Cobain,reminds me of Randy Rhoads in a few of his mannerisms and his solo on one of their songs. The songs are taken from a US show i would guess around the late '70's - very early '80's. I can't pin them down to who they sound like, but the show host mentions that they have been around for a while,and i do not recognise any member of the band.

I tried their name on the internet myself but came up blank, i thought maybe some of the boys from the States might have heard of them. It is an old video i have of them,they seem a bit weird but!!!!!! thanks for trying anyway mate. Cheers
