The live cd is supposed to be the Montreal show, but I compared it to the cd I'm having and the tracklist is all mixed up! Why would they do this?

The live cd has the same tracklist as "Tribute", does that mean that we are getting Cleveland again?

Ozzy Osbourne – Complete Legacy (Montreal 28/7/1981)

I don’t know
Crazy train
Mr. Crowley
Believer
Suicide Solution
Flying high again
Revelation (Mother earth)
Steal away/Tommy Aldridge drum solo
Iron man
Children of the grave
Paranoid

That is the order they were actually performed. You probably have one of the versions that started with Flying High Again, like the King Biscuit Flower Hour version, which changed the order of the songs, maybe because Flying High Again was the Diary single and was going to be getting the most radio play? Many versions do not even have the complete show.

If you look at the write up that was found with yahoo search that was posted it says over 70 minutes of live footage with Ozzy and Randy included on the Documentary cd. So you have the Doc. thats 1 hour or something( hopefully with some other rare clips and then the concert footage. 8) :D

I hope this is correct:

"30 Years After The Blizzard" DVD documentary
Take a trip back with Ozzy to the beginning of his solo career. 30 years later, Ozzy listens to the original multi-track tapes of his first two solo releases, Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman. This documentary also contains never before seen live performances with Randy Rhoads from 1981 which Ozzy views for the first time, right here. Also contains appearances by Sharon Osbourne, Zakk Wylde, Rob Halford, Nikki Sixx, Lemmy, Bill Ward, Steve Vai and more. The DVD also contains over 70mins of never before released Ozzy and Randy Rhoads which consists of NEVER BEFORE SEEN Ozzy & Randy footage from 1981[/color]

First as someone mentioned You said it all was recorded at sound check, so it probably won't be part of the release but it does pose a question, why not? It was available on b side cd single in 1988 (I forget the Zakk song) but I have it. Also, let's not say how much we would pay or what we would do for Randy stuff. No need to prove it here and the walls have ears. We could inadvertently be part of a focus group. So if anyone is listening, we are the age where we will buy it/own it. That's all you need to know. Put it out. Put out Afterhours. Put out Ozzy shows. Put out QR concerts. We will buy them all! We'll be loyal but don't rip or piis us off!

That's exactly my feeling. I've got a family that is MUCH more important than my interest in Randy Rhoads. Sure, I'd love to buy this stuff, but not at some outrageous price. We are in a worldwide recession and most of us cannot afford guilty pleasures like this without scrimping elsewhere. I need my hard earned money to take care of my family, I don't need Randy Rhoads concert footage. It's something that would be nice to have but I can live without if I must.

The whole reason the P2P sites get the traffic they do is because of the outlandish pricing on music - be it boxed sets or DVDs or concerts for that matter. Would I download this stuff from Demonoid? No, but I also wouldn't buy it at $150 either... I spent a lot on the Quiet Riot DVDs and now all that stuff is on YouTube for free!?!

So for anyone listening, you don't need the money, you need the support of the fans. Please keep that in consideration when releasing anything.

This is great guys good work although still looks a bit inconclusive of the footage. Not sure if its included in the doc or on the dvd. Although from first read it looks as though ozzy will be talking over the footage so I fear it is with the documentary BUT then it does say 70 mins of footage with randy. I think each randy concert lasted for on average 45 mins so if the footage is 70 mins then Im guessing its one full show and a bit of another one because sharon did say she was working on more than one.

"The DVD also contains over 70mins of never before released Ozzy and Randy Rhoads which consists of NEVER BEFORE SEEN Ozzy & Randy footage from 1981" I think the key words there are ALSO CONTAINS...it will probably have the doc on one part of the dvd, then probably (or hopefully) have the live footage as a special feature on the DVD...that seems to make the best sense to me with the information we have...WHATEVER WE GET, I know most Randy fans will be happy... I mean we know FOR SURE we're getting an extended version of Tonight, and a 'guitar solo from the blizzard of ozz studio sessions'...I could be happy with those 2 things alone, but if we really get some new, solid footage (not a few snippets cutting in and out while people talk about how great he was) out of this I will be in heaven :}

On the bright side, if the releases are delayed, at least it's in the same month! Well, for now anyway...
I'm one who will be buying this. Yeah, it's a guilty pleasure, but May will be one year I've quit smoking, plus tax returns are coming back, and what's more, this will probably be it from the Osbournes in terms on a Rhoads-related release. What else is there, really?
If this box does in fact have 70 minutes worth of footage, that would probably be the supposed Palladium footage and After Hours.
I ask again, why haven't the Osbournes ever released After Hours officially?
Some of said footage could also be personal home video (happy birthday).
I can't remember anymore, but I thought Dakota had bought the ET/TotT footage for their film?
I still don't think the Osbournes have bought into the Dakota doc. There is little to no evidence to support that, other than one picture of Ozzy & Peter together, and the crew took pictures with everyone they had interviewed.
Ozzy had also referred to the project in a yt interview from last Summer as 'weird business over there' which causes me to wonder if they even signed off on their interviews, or pulled their permission once things began to disintegrate between the family and Dakota?
Kelle's interview from January I had posted earlier gave the vibe that the film is shelved. If the Rhoads family have a problem with Dakota and Sharon did indeed buy the film, I don't see the Rhoads partnering with the Osbournes to feature Kathy's wine backstage, do you?
I wonder how much of Daisley's Grail tapes are just instrumental? Would it be possible to cull together audio without Ozzy's voice and still legally release it, as Ozzy didn't play a part in writing guitar/ bass/ drum parts?
If he could, that would make a nice 'Deluxe' edition of his forthcoming book.
Once again, glad to be getting the original albums back again. I'm suprised there really has been no major press on Ozzy's site, or anywhere?
Maybe they're waiting for this Saturday to do so?

also..."never before seen" footage could mean something like After Hours. Even though it has "been seen" by some before and clips were on "Don't Blame Me", this is done all the time by marketers of product. It was never officially released.
Thats beside the point though. I'm still skeptical that there's even being anything released at all. I doubt it.

After Hours has been seen by nearly everyone who is an Osbourne/ Rhoads fan, not just some.
It's been in existence in bootleg circles for nearly three decades.
Zakk, like us, knows the AH footage. He wouldn't bother twittering about something that everyone has seen.
Ozzy and Sharon used parts of the footage for the CT video to promote the Tribute album nearly 25 years ago.
They also allowed Hiroshi to use portions of it for his 20th anniversary doc for Japanese television.
Sharon made a comment during that filmed interview last Spring about having to synch up segments of video with audio. Next to nothing needs to be done to AH, except a little polish.
The AH stuff may be an addition to, but it is not the footage we've been hearing about.

Could this possibly be the infamous Arizona brothers' silent 8mm footage then? Does anyone (TAB?) know roughly how long the footage is that they have in their possession??

The AZ footage was nearly the entire show. 2 cameras on Randy the entire time.
Zakk did say what he saw was the US lineup, and small stage, no castle.
Here is the original link concerning the brothers footage by TA that he had posted over at TK:

Right! I forgot the fact that their footage is from '82, and this is supposed to be from '81.
