PSP

Post by Paul Wolfe »

Anyone got a Sony PSP?

I got one at Christmas to help pass the time on a long, slow graveyard shift. At first it was cool to be able to play games. Now I've begun using it as a guitar teaching tool. I can convert my instructional DVDs to .mp4 and play them on the PSP. With an 8 GB memory card I can have hours of lessons available anywhere I go. It's really pretty cool.

Paul, I got one about 3 years ago. I used to for a little while, then Mike wanted to play a game.
I haven't seen it since.
Better people....
Better food...
And better beer.

That's why I won't let Jakob play with it...:D

I watch movies on it, play games and do my guitar stuff. That way I don't have to bother the rest of the family when I want to do something.

Yeah, Alex, you can get online with them, used them as an mp3 player, store pictures, play movies, and of course, play videogames.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the versatility of this little device. The only thing it can't do is live TV and phone calls...yet.

+1

hi paul,
i think the psp is a brilliant device, and great value for money.
its effectively an mp4 player with a playstation 2 built in. at the time it came out i remember an mp4 player cost close to three times as much  :!:

so considering all it can offer its hard to fault. i think the fact you're using it as a practice tool is testament to its versatility

unfortunately the gamer community is a very argumentative one though and there will always be people loyal to a certain brand that will always "cus" the psp. never understood that :?
