Phil Anselmo circ. 1984

Post by Sarab »

As I was looking for pictures of myself at a younger age, I ran across this.
Now remember, this was 1984, and the camera I had was a Kodak Disc.
Plus, the photo album got a wee bit wet from the flood:

I went to high school with him and another band mate of his, Craig and they had a band called Razor White.
I don't remember who it was that called them to come to me and my friends birthday party.
Pretty nice guy back then, and he still is.
But Mike always has to "one-up" me...

HAHAHAHAHA. oh. my. god.

If Philip saw that he'd have an aneurism (sp?). Not even joking.

By the way, the "Craig" you went to school with, was it Stevie Blaze's cousin? And if so, that's also the drummer for BLS. Bet it is... I used to date their other cousin, Scott Caliva, he was Pantera's photographer for the reinventing the steel album - he grew up with Philip and they went to school together, maybe you knew him? Unfortunately, Scott overdosed on heroin a few years ago. It was heartbreaking, to say the least.
