Savatage influenced my playing more than words can say, specifically Criss Oliva's mastery of heavy tone, detuned guitars and metal in general. Another player who died too young!

I still have the original 'Sirens' Demo on cassette somewhere, sounded even heavier than the official recording. Really wicked! 8)
