I took this picture a couple of weeks back as it reminded me of the the two little girls in the shining at the end of the corridor. Suzie reckons she can actually see someone at the end; anyhow hotels in general always have something very secretive and dark about them.

I've been working in hotels since 1993 and I can't say I find anything secretive or creepy about them at all.

Hotels can be cool... Smoke on the Water was recorded in a hotel hallway from what I understand...

Only ever stayed in one hotel, and it wasn't creepy. I think hotels often lack character though, once someone checks out the place is wiped clean and you have a fresh start. Probably any hotel.motel will always feel a little... inhuman...

I've never really thought they were creepy... I've always wondered what has happened in my room though... (Nasty thoughts there.... o.O)

I have a funny story which creases me when i think back. I was on a stag do weekend in Liverpool and we had booked into this Hotel. I was one of the last one's to check in. But it paid off for me as i had the honeymoon suite and a double bed all to myself. So as guys do we went out and got slaughtered with the demon drink. I was due a good nights sleep and my double bed was well cosy. I had this awful smell coming from the bedside cabinet which was hard to discribe but it was getting stronger by the minute. So i investigated the cabinet ... nothing there. I checked under the bed... nothing there. So i climbed back into bed. I glanced over at the bed side table lamp and i could see smoke coming up from the lamp shade. I looked inside and no shit Sherlock i found the prize. I think the couple who had been in my room before me had, had the last laugh. It was only a used knotted condom slowly burning away on the light bulb... Talk about boil in the bag LOL!!!

^ Ahhhhhhh !!! dude that is nasty .. i just read that out to the mrs and we're both cringing and grossed out ! hahaha

Looks like something that would appear in a Grudge movie
I wonder what that person is doing all the way in the back haha
