I don't often get tunes stuck in my head, I think this one is really clever.
Its based on the song 'Right said Fred' by Bernard Cribbins but this version is about Sigmund Freud and it kills me everytime I hear it.

If you have any knowledge of Freudian psychoanalysis it makes more sense, I love how they have used all the old stereo type annalist explanations in the lyrics, it is really clever.
My favorite joke EVER is based on Psychoanalysis and what makes me laugh even more is that some people just never get it! I don't want to marginalize anybody so I won't tell it.
