Well, to be honest, I'd much rather have a bowl of shrimp gumbo or a plate of crawfish etoufee than turkey and dressing, but I do love the holiday.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!! :D LOL We too have a "to do" list today at the Garni home! Let's see, Kelly has a Thanksgiving family-photo-shoot at 11AM, & in our house, Kelly is the "Turkey King"! (Kelly is known far & wide for his cooking abilities! ), so before he leaves for his shoot, he has to start the turkey, stuff it & get the gravy simmering! Then, I must send him to the store, we always forget key ingredients on our shopping list! Since our dogs are "super fluffy" beasts, Kelly has to dismantel the vacuum cleaner, yet again & de-fluff it so I can vacuum the carpet! Amazing too, once you vacuum the carpet, you realize the carpet really isn't that fluffy! And as we all know, there's that huge clean-up afterwards, that's where I come in!! :? Go ahead everyone & eat & be merry, these day's it's tough to find reasons, but when we can, let's be thankful & enjoy each other!! :D :D :D

So Thanksgiving here means watching the Macy's parade, hanging with the wife and kids... and then going to work! Work will consist of helping keep a dinner buffet running smoothly for a couple thousand people who have chosen to not eat at home like normal folks! WooHoo!
