Hey guys, Im building an instrument for someone that needs an extra special touch. Cant say too much right now, but it has an inlay which includes some Japanese text.

Its supposed to say SUSHI ROCKS, as in sushi is rocking, not sushi stones/pebbles, etc. I recall someone saying once that there is no word to describe ROCKS!! in the Jaoanese language.

Is that true? If not, can you help me out??

PS. I built the bass for Kelly Garni recently that you'll get to see in Guitar World next month.

Naomi said 岩石 (Ganseki) is another words for rocks

She said there isn't a word than translates directly that means rocks in the rock n roll sense.

Cheers
