IT'S SNOWING IN NEW ORLEANS!!!

Hey y'all, just wanted to tell y'all that it's snowing here in New Orleans as of 8:00 am! At first it wasn't sticking to anything, but one of the girls that I work with (and has access to see outside)said that the ground was white.
So, another girl went outside, and sure enough, it was sticking to the grass, and some of the cars outside. We are under "winter advisory" until noon today, so the snow will probably stop around then. I have taken some pictures and video and will post up as soon as I get home.
Hopefully, this doesn't mean what it did the last time it snowed here. We had Katrina come and flood the city.
I'm off to go look at more flakes to fall.....
EDIT here are the pictures and video I promised...

It's been snowing for 37 hours now... it'd be GREAT if only I didn't have to spend 8 hours at work shoveling snow in the parking lot... as it is, it's great (not GREAT)

Nice pics Paul!
I like the landscape with those wooden houses in the snow!
In which part in the US do you live?

I hope so, that would be nice, makes it a bit more special!
Every year we have snow here but I can't remember when it was the last time we had it with christmas. Like Rob says lets hope no 'bloody rain'....

I'm guessing the green house is Paul's.
I only wish we could get snow like that, but the people here can't drive in
dry weather, let alone
in that!
We had our white christmas in 2004. The girls were in their glory.
Anyway, here are 2 videos:

It's STILL snowing!!! It's snowed ever day for nearly a week. And - lucky me - I get to shovel snow 8 hours a day at work!!!
