I loved it, Jessica and I often make a point of watching short independant films. I am going to show her this later when we are finished at work.

I liked seeing the guy playing while people were passing by speeded up and listening to him chat and the sounds of the passers by while you could see him struming away.

Thats really cool Rob, please post up more ASAP.

Hi Rob

That was wonderfully done. Absolutely hearbreaking :(
The two worlds of him from his own thoughts and then him from the general public was like chalk and cheese.

Great stuff. I always said Rob could tell a good 'Storey' (lady killer face)

Trigger,

thanks for the support good sir :D i will post up what i can in the future i have been thinking of posting a radio show i did, but i think i will go on the side of caution since it would make someone blow their top

i may not be posting any of my own independant productions as i am still in debate with my partner in crime as to what to do with them, but time will tell...

thanks matt, im glad you liked it. The trick of this film was all in the editing, james did a brilliant job, rhythmically, spatialy etc. each cut has a purpose, their is a rationale to every edit. what really impreses me is that the voicover was added separately and is not the voice of the busker. So his entire "character" was created from the editing.

you can make a film about anything isnt that the truth, but i'l veer away from a debate on natural beuty and the birth of documentary LMAO

i hope your course cotinues well, im sure you'll begin to find your place in the industry more and more as time goes by. remember If you ever want some advice or want a second opinion on things let me know.
