It took a while but it's finally here!!

I finally (after a long battle) got comphenstated for the loss of my luggage when I went down to london to see Matt, Suzie and Mama!

I have been given the sum of Â£88.66!

It's Good that you got something back then Simon it pisses me off when companys like that refuse to give any refund or compensation. The same people auction off all the lost baggage/luggage.I seen a documentary Dom Jolly did and he bought a lot of 6 bags at auction. You don't know what's inside them until you win them at auction. He managed to return 3 out of the 6 bags and 2 of those had contact details names & address inside them.Just pure laziness and the companys are making money from lost luggage.No wonder they are in no hurry to find your lost luggage when they can make a tidy profit from it.

ye seriously, they give u like a day to find it, they say ther "not responsible" and then auction it. total bs.
