This is a very popular game that wanna-be guitar kids are really getting into these days so don't laugh. Even my students play this game and love it. Where do you think this new level of "air-guitar" is leading us? Does it make us better or worse overall? Have any of you ever played this game? What do you think about this type of approach to music appreciation?

To be a teacher you must never stop learning yourself...
I am a very boring man indeed, but before Christmas I was at a large toy store buying gifts for the family and a dad was playing this in the store!!! (on a demonstration games consol) around him his kids were looking very embarrassed and asking him to "leave it alone now please dad" He spent the whole of War Pigs re-living his youth with no shame while everyone walked past looking on in mild disbelief.
And then
He played another song which I think was "Paradise city"!!!!! those kids must still be bright red with shame
