Re: ULTIMATERHOADS IS BEING HACKED!
What is mad about this whole listening/reading into peoples private messages, is that you'll never hear/read anything good. It's like listening at a closed door hoping your going to get something good said about you. You leave the room and everyone says. "Who the fuck is that Guy...what an arsehole".. You'd have to be very paranoid to want to read everyones PM's in the hope that something is being said about them. But in this case the person is just going to read bad because of his reasons for being a very sad individual. Whoever is doing this must be house bound and very lonely. Get a fucking life.. please.

Re: ULTIMATERHOADS IS BEING HACKED!
My PM account was hacked POST update. I wrote my message May 13, 2010. UR was updated on May 9, 2010. I have given the evidence to Ian and he has verified my suspicions 100%. Moderators: If you would like to view the evidence for yourself please ask Ian about it. I am currently seeking legal council in the U.S. as this crime occurred according to where the servers are located. I will be giving updates as this case progresses.Skezza wrote:Was this PM pre or post update? Bare in mind that we have upgraded our software?

Electric Angel if you are serious about taking action against the person/s that have invaded your privacy then I would suggest as a first step contacting there ISP and informing them your are taking action against one of their clients. ISP's do not take kindly to individuals, company's, using there services for elegal activity. If indeed some of the evidence you have has come through a email from rr.us then I would contact their ISP Westhost inc in Providence.

I can confirm from what I have seen that what EA has said is real and we will be acting to deal with this infringment of liberty together, I have to admit I was stunned but not surprised because I have come to expect underhand behavior yet this sank the individual concerned to a new low of moral famine and questionable principles.

GRAND JURY RETURNS INDICTMENT CHARGING NINE INDIVIDUALS WITH EXCEEDING AUTHORIZED COMPUTER ACCESS
President’s Student Loan Records Accessed Without Authority
DAVENPORT, IOWA – United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt announced today that the federal grand jury in Davenport has returned indictments charging nine individuals with exceeding authorized computer access. Specifically, the indictments allege that at various times during the period running from July 26, 2007,through March 13, 2009, the defendants, while employed by a contractor for the United States Department of Education, intentionally exceeded authorized access to a computer, and thereby obtained information from a department and agency of the United States. In this case, the charged defendants are alleged to have accessed the student loan records of the President of the United States, without authorization, either while he was President, President-elect or a candidate for the Presidency. This would be a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1030(a)(2)(B) and 1030(c)(2)(A).
If convicted, each defendant faces up to one year in prison, a fine of not more than $100,000, or both. United States Attorney Nicholas A. Klinefeldt reminds the public that each charge is merely an accusation, and that each defendant is presumed innocent of each and every charge until and unless proven guilty. Arraignments in federal court in Davenport are scheduled for Monday, May 24, 2010, at 2:00 pm.
The nine defendants listed below were all employees of a Department of Education (DOE) contractor located in Coralville, Iowa at the time of these alleged offenses:

Re: ULTIMATERHOADS IS BEING HACKED!
Thanks Ritchie. So much for low drama...
At first I wanted to find a lawyer that was well connected to cyberlaw. Instead, I will be going with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (or simply IC3 for short).

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) was established as a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) to serve as a means to receive Internet related criminal complaints and to further research, develop, and refer the criminal complaints to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement and/or regulatory agencies for any investigation they deem to be appropriate. The IC3 was intended, and continues to emphasize, serving the broader law enforcement community to include federal, as well as state, local, and international agencies, which are combating Internet crime and, in many cases, participating in Cyber Crime Task Forces.
Since its inception, the IC3 has received complaints crossing the spectrum of cyber crime matters, to include online fraud in its many forms including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, Computer Intrusions (hacking), Economic Espionage (Theft of Trade Secrets), Online Extortion, International Money Laundering, Identity Theft, and a growing list of Internet facilitated crimes. Since June 2000, it has become increasingly evident that, regardless of the label placed on a cyber crime matter, the potential for it to overlap with another referred matter is substantial. Therefore, the IC3, formerly known as the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), was renamed in October 2003 to better reflect the broad character of such matters having an Internet, or cyber, nexus referred to the IC3, and to minimize the need for one to distinguish "Internet Fraud" from other potentially overlapping cyber crimes.
IC3 Mission Statement
IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at the federal, state, local, and international level, IC3 provides a central referral mechanism for complaints involving Internet related crimes.
Significant and supplemental to partnering with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, it will remain a priority objective of the IC3 to establish effective alliances with industry. Such alliances will enable the IC3 to leverage both intelligence and subject matter expert resources, pivotal in identifying and in crafting an aggressive, proactive approach to combating cyber crime.
