Okay, I've got about a million discs burned with different things I've downloaded over the years. On an old laptop, I had a program that would read the disc and give me a list onscreen of what I had. It kept everything organized so that I could look up what I wanted and the program would tell me what disc to look on.
The trouble is, that laptop is dead and I don't know what the program was called. I'd also like a similar program that would allow me to make a print out so I'd have a hard copy of what I have as well.
Anyone know of a good program for doing this?
Disc library software???

Paul, I don't have the answer, but I remember someone asking this exact question on a local tech radio show when I lived in L.A. You can access all the previous radio shows, or just ask the question directly on the message boards over there. The main site is http://www.leoville.tv The hosts name is Leo Laporte and it's a truelly great, helpfully techy show for the techy challenged
I think I'm a member there as cableguyxx. Give them a shot, and if you find an answer, please share it. Good luck
